Telephone calls will generally be returned between the
hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Every effort is made to
return calls the same day they are received, but due to the
uncertain nature of hearings, trials, etc., this is sometimes
very difficult to accomplish.
If you do not have access to a telephone during the above
hours, I will attempt to call you after hours if you leave a
message, BEFORE 5:00 PM, telling me how and when to
reach you after hours.
If your call is not returned by the second day, it is not
intentionally being ignored (unless you owe money from a
previous representation), it is due to one of the reasons
above, or it may simply have been overlooked. Feel free
to leave a second message, but duplicate messages left
over and over will not increase the speed in which your
call is returned.
Your patience is much appreciated.
